Shipping & Returns


Typically our shipping is handled by our sponsors with the exception of a few products.  Items are usually shipped via UPS and a tracking number will be sent once it is received from our shipping sponsors. Items shipped via USPS will not have a tracking number.

Returns:  Contact: [email protected]  please include your order number and indicate what the issue is (see below)

Damaged from Shipping:
Please contact us and we will work with the shipping sponsor to request an RMA for the return shipment. Our telescopes with Celestron/Skywatcher include a 2 year manufacturer warranty.

Change of Heart: We understand that sometimes an item you purchased does not fit your requirements. If you decide that it does not fit your needs, returns can be accepted minus a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for shipping it back to us.
