In 2019-11-11 the founder-president and two council members of the Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy-SARM organized, with interesting photographic results, three centers for the observation of the Transit of Mercury: Valentin Grigore near Targoviste (Dambovita County), Cosmin Sorin Miclos (also the president of the Astronomer Disciple Association) in Izvorul Muresului (Harghita County), and Cristian Danescu (also a researcher at the Romanian Institute of the Romanian Academy) in Paulesti (Prahova County).
