Walking on the Moon

During GAM Lunar Week (April 17 to 23), you can reach the Moon from home via Virtual Telescope!  Just join our remote, online lunar observing session on April 21 and have fun with friends from all around the planet.  You'll be able to find your own lunar crater, mountain, or sea while flying over our ancient satellite-accompanied by our live narration.  We promise you an unforgettable event.

GAM goals regarding this project: Technology can do a lot to help people discover the beauty of the skies, inviting them to meet "around" a remote telescope, crossing borders and sharing the excitement for the Universe from their own homes.  Discover what remote astronomy can do for you-letting you feel like a scientist while still having fun with many friends!
