Astronomical Society of Linz - LAG Founded in 1947 the Astronomical Society of Linz is a local Upper Austrian astronomy club with about 200 members. It is our goal to disseminate some knowledge about astronomy to as many people as possible. - Description: Sometimes you have to travel far to dark skies :-( but sometimes you will find a "falling star" and any way you will meet friendly people all over the world under our sky :-) The picture shows a visit at Saharasky-Observatory near Zagora in Moroc. Moroc is also a good place looking for meteorits.
